Frequently asked questions

Browse our collection, choose your caftan and rental dates, and submit your request. Once confirmed, we'll prepare your caftan so it's ready for your special occasion.

We recommend booking one to two weeks ahead, and earlier for weddings and Eid, when the collection is busiest. If your occasion is sooner than that, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can have a piece ready in time.

Yes. The listed price covers one three-day rental period. Longer periods can usually be arranged — send us your dates and we will confirm the price and availability.

Your caftan arrives professionally cleaned and ready to wear, with the matching belt included where the piece has one. Accessories, shoes and undergarments are not included.
